Do I need to change my Excel files?
No. Upload the files as they are and map their columns in the workbench.
What happens to my catalogue data?
Workbook contents are read in your browser. Saved import history contains the run totals and change log. We do not sell catalogue data or use it to train models. See Data handling for details.
Can I cancel?
Online billing is paused, so there is no subscription to cancel here. When billing is available, cancellation terms will be shown before checkout.
What if the same item appears in different units?
The workbench holds the row for review. Set the conversion factor, preview the resulting quantity and apply the factor to other matching unit conflicts.
Is there a trial?
A 14-day trial is planned for the AED 149 monthly plan. It is not available while online payments are paused.
