Terms of service

The workbench reads source and destination spreadsheets in your browser, suggests item matches, holds uncertain rows for review, records decisions and produces workbook exports. Suggestions are decision support. You remain responsible for checking item identity, quantities, units and all changes before using an export in purchasing or stock systems.

The service is currently available for signed-in accounts while online payments are paused. No paid subscription, trial or recurring charge begins through this app today.

The proposed plan is AED 149 per month with a 14-day trial and no setup fee. Those terms are not active while online payments are paused. Before billing is enabled, the checkout and these terms must state when the trial ends, when the first charge occurs, how renewal works and how to cancel.

Once self-service billing is available, the intended cancellation policy is cancellation at any time, with access continuing until the end of the paid period. No cancellation or renewal is processed by this app today.

No payment is currently collected. Proposed policy for owner and legal review before checkout is enabled: a full refund may be requested within 14 days of the first paid charge; after that period, unused time is not refunded in part. Any non-waivable rights under applicable UAE law remain unaffected. Publish the final approved policy before taking payment.

You must have permission to upload and process the files you use. Do not use the service to infringe rights, distribute malicious files, or interfere with another account. Your company retains its rights in its catalogue data. You grant Secure Path Consultancy only the limited permission needed to operate the workbench and store the import history you request.

Do not treat an automatic match as approval. Review the report and confirm conversions before using the merged output.

The workbench is provided for catalogue review and does not replace procurement controls, engineering review or inventory-system validation. We will take reasonable steps to keep the service available, but do not promise uninterrupted operation. Liability limits and any service credits must be confirmed by counsel before publication; nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
