Catalogue data handling

The original Excel or CSV files are opened and analysed in your browser. The files are not sent to the app's database. You can inspect sheet names, row counts and previews before running a merge.

When you save an import run, the app stores the workbook name, totals and the change log in your signed-in account. Log entries may include company IDs, manufacturer part numbers, descriptions and before-and-after values. Avoid saving a log if your organisation has not approved that data flow.

Your uploaded files and catalogue records remain your organisation's confidential information. Secure Path Consultancy does not sell catalogue data, share it with other customers or use it to train models. No AI model is used to process catalogue rows in this workbench.

Access to saved import history is limited to the account that created it. Sign-in is required for the member workspace and every saved-history request is checked against that account.

Original workbooks stay in the browser and are not retained by this app. Saved import history remains available while the account is active. On a verified account-closure or deletion request, we aim to delete the primary account and import-history records within 30 days, subject to legal retention requirements. Backups follow the hosting provider's backup lifecycle.

You can export the merged workbook and a separate import log from the workbench. If you need a copy of stored history or want it removed, email info@securepath-ae.com.

Connections to the app use HTTPS encryption in transit. Sign-in and account-scoped database queries control access to saved history. The workbench records approved changes in an import log. The app does not claim an independent security audit or certification.

Confirm the exact processing location with Imagine before saving sensitive import logs where your organisation has data-residency requirements.

Imagine's servers provide the app hosting, database and transactional email.
