Privacy notice

This notice explains how Secure Path Consultancy handles personal information when you request access to, create an account for, or use the Catalog Workbench.

Draft · Prepared 8 November 2026 · Complete marked details before publishing

An access request includes your name, email address, company, approximate catalogue size and any message you choose to send. An account includes your name, email address, sign-in records and account security details. Import history stores the workbook name, row totals, result counts and the change log you ask the workbench to save.

Workbook contents are read in your browser. The workbench does not upload the original workbook. If you save an import run, its change log may contain product descriptions, item identifiers and before-and-after values.

We use these details to respond to access requests, create and secure accounts, provide the import-history feature, investigate support issues and meet applicable legal obligations. We do not sell personal information or use catalogue data to train models.

Depending on the activity and the law that applies, processing may be necessary to take steps you request, perform a service agreement, protect the service and its users, meet a legal obligation, or honour consent you have given.

We intend to handle personal information in line with applicable UAE data-protection requirements, including Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 where it applies. The exact legal regime can depend on the business's place of registration and any applicable free-zone rules; Secure Path Consultancy should confirm this before publication.

You may ask to access or correct your personal information, request deletion or restriction, withdraw consent where processing relies on consent, or raise a concern. We will assess and respond within the period required by applicable law. Some records may need to be retained for legal or operational reasons.

Access requests that do not become accounts are intended to be kept for up to 12 months after the last contact, then deleted or anonymised unless a longer period is required by law. Saved import history remains with the account until you request account closure. We aim to remove account data from the primary store within 30 days of a verified deletion request, subject to legal retention duties and backup cycles.

For access, correction or deletion requests, email info@securepath-ae.com.

The app uses Imagine's servers for hosting, the database and transactional email. Confirm the exact processing location with Imagine and review it against your organisation's data-residency requirements before uploading sensitive catalogues.

Online payment processing is not connected. No payment provider currently receives information through this app. This notice should be updated if payment processing or another provider is added.
