Accessibility statement
This statement is a self-assessment of the SPC Catalog Workbench against WCAG 2.2 Level AA. It is not an independent audit or a certification.
What we have done
- Colour contrast
- Text colour contrast has been measured against WCAG 2.2 Level AA requirements.
- Keyboard operation
- Every action can be operated using a keyboard alone.
- Visible focus
- Every interactive element has a visible focus indicator.
- Page structure
- Pages use semantic landmarks, one h1 per page, and headings in a logical order.
- Forms and messages
- Form inputs have permanent labels, and errors and status messages are announced to assistive technology.
- Data tables
- Data tables include captions and associations between column headers and their data.
- Responsive layout
- The layout responds to viewport widths down to 360 pixels.
- Motion preferences
- Reduced-motion preferences are respected.
- Meaning beyond colour
- Information is not conveyed by colour alone.
Known limitations
- Workbook upload and export rely on browser file-handling support and may behave differently in older browsers.
- Very large workbooks take longer to process; the practical file limit is stated in the workspace.
- Sign-in through a third-party identity provider depends on that provider’s own accessibility.
